• A medical consultation is required prior to treatment to assess suitability for Fraxel Repair. Treatment may only proceed if deemed clinically appropriate by one of our qualified practitioners.

• Offer must be purchased by 12th May 2025 and treatment must be completed by 12th August 2025.

• If a patient is deemed unsuitable for Fraxel Repair during consultation, the prepaid amount may be credited towards other treatments available at Concept Cosmetic Medicine. No cash refunds will be provided.

• If the treatment is not completed by 12th August 2025, the prepaid value may be used as credit toward the current price of Fraxel Repair or other applicable services.

• Credits are non-transferable for cash but may be transferred to a nominated friend or family member if requested in writing.
